For the soap production, normally it has two steps, first step is to use all kinds of vegetable oil & animal fats and caustic soda (NaOH)as material to produce the semi product soap noodles and the second process is to use thus soap noodles as material to produce out end bar soaps.

In these two production lines, we have our own unique design and patented technology, especially the production line starting from oil saponification. Using vacuum drying and continuous molding processes, we can produce various specifications of semi-finished soap noodle and soap products with a fatty acid content of 45% to 80%.

【Working Principles】

This laundry bar soap electronic printing cutting machine is an advanced model. It has all 

the functions same as simple cutting machine.Along with mould wheels running by the 

moving of soap bar (extruded from vaccum plodder),cutting machine stamps pattern 

information on soap and then immediately patterned bar soap is cutted into pieces in the size  

and weight required by customers.

Of course, the biggest advantage is that this electronic model is controlled by micro-

computer, hence by inputting different figures on the touchscreen,changes the cutting lengeth 

of soap at will. It is more suitable for the customers that need produce various sizes of soap 

from the same product line.

1.YASKAWA Servo Motor and control module are adopted, together with the automatic 

alarming and stopping system, makes the machine more intelligent and easier for operation;

2.Printing mould is made by aluminum alloy, which is anti worn and logo printed is more
