We can design and manufacture complete set of machines of laundry bar soap and toilet bar 

soap finishing production line,(including oil saponification,vacuum drying system,pelletizing 

machine and mixer agitator,three roll mill,vacuum plodder,printing&cutting machine,packing 

machine.) 
 

Basic production process:

Oil melting & mixing (based on formula requirements)→ Saponification (no waste-water 

discharge)→Vacuum drying &Pelletizing (produce out soap noodles)→ Soap finishing line 

(produce out end bar soaps)
 
 
Now just for laundry bar soap finishing production line:
 
This line uses soap noodle as material and the end products could be different quality of 

laundry bar soap and multi-purpose soap with fatty acid content 40%~70%. Capacity range is 

150~3000kg/h.
 
The whole production process is continuous and fully automatic, including mixing, grinding, 

vacuum plodding and soap printing & cutting. The cutting machine have two models: one is 

simple mechanical running cutter without motor and the other is advanced electronic cutter 

with two servo motors and YASKAWA control system.

【Working Principles】

This laundry bar soap mechanical chain running printing &cutting machine adopts a simple 

but professional mechanical design. The mould wheel would be driven by the continuous 

extruding soap bar from vacuum plodder and prints the logo onto the soap surface, and then 

the cutting wheel would cut the long bar soap into end piece soaps with required size and 

weight by our customers.
 

【Characteristics】

1.The mechanical design gives the machine many advantages, such as no energy 

consumption, stable performance, easy maintenance and greater durability&against 

breakage;

2.The distance between the two pieces of printing wheel is adjustable, which ensures the 

logo would be printed clear and exquisite no matter the soap thickness is bigger or smaller.
