Toilet soap finishing production line --from soap noodle

This line uses soap noodle as material and the end products could be different quality of toilet and hotel 

soaps with fatty acid content 60%~80%. Capacity range is 200~2000kg/h.

The whole production process is continuous and fully automatic, including mixing, two times grinding, 

vacuum plodding and soap stamping & cutting. Based on quality requirements, some customer add 

extra refinery machine, which would help to improve the smooth grade of end soap surface and 

increase the market competitive ability.

【Working Principles】

This is an advanced model of stamping machine, used to stamp out the end soaps from the cut long bar 

(cutted by electronic cutting machine)with the required size, shape, logo, pattern and weight 

continuously. 

The cavities could be 5~8 PCS. 

The pure copper mould adopts sandblasting process and is beautifully designed with circulating 

refrigerant in the inter layer,the soap body is easy to demould with a smooth clean outlooking and clear 

patterns. 

Edge trimmer is equipped to remove the soap edges, which would be recycled back to the plodder 

automatically by conveyor belts. Soap edges is removed automatically,so soap body is clean and can be fed into the follow packing system continuously.

This machine is highly intelligent and automatic, which greatly reduces labor costs.

1.Delicate design of Cam Mechanism make the stamping movement smooth, stable and low 

impact, which is more suitable for high speed working;

2.Exquisite sand blasting copper mould, together with circulating chilling agent in the inter-

layer, ensure the end soap would have small stamping line, smooth surface and clear logo;

3.Soap mould change is simple and convenient, so can produce various kinds of soap with 

different shape, size, logo and weight;

4.Soap edges is removed automatically,so soap body is clean and can be fed into the follow 

packing system continuously.
