Toilet Soap Production Line--Soap Stamping Machine Cooling Unit 12P Refrigerator

This line uses soap noodle as material and the end products could be different quality of toilet and hotel soaps with fatty acid content 60%~80%. Capacity range is 200~2000kg/h.

The whole production process is continuous and fully automatic, including mixing, two times grinding, vacuum plodding and soap stamping & cutting. Based on quality requirements, some customer add extra refinery machine, which would help to improve the smooth grade of end soap surface and increase the market competitive ability.

12P Refrigerator match with XDA-2000 stamping machine 

Function

Matched cooling unit of XDA-2000 stamping machine, refrigerator is used to make the mould colding so that the formed soap can demould more easier and faster with a very smooth surface.

Inter-layer of the mould is filled by chilling agent, which is connected with the refrigerator (-15℃~-20℃), so after stamping, the de-mould would be easy and fast, soap has smooth appearance, clear logo, the soap has neat and beautiful looking.

Payment &Delivery 

Payment: 40% deposit by T/T. When production finished, the buyer may send engineer to our company to test the machines and make the trial-product. Then buyer would pay the 60% balance by T/T before machines leaving the factory.

Delivery:

Machines are wrapped with PE film or bubble film and then packed in wooden cases finally put in containers.

Delivery term:50 days after receipt of deposit.
