The above and below screws and two orifice plates refine and compress the soap material to make the soap bar tight and have a bright surface. The below screw'speed can be adjusted to regulate the production capacity.

The vacuum pump vacuumizes the soap materials, so the soap is not easy to crack.

The vacuum chamber has a vision glass to watch the inner condition,

the vacuum meter tests the vacuum degree.

The heater inside the outlet adopts automatic temperature control system.

The jackets of the above and below barrels is connected to a circulating water source.

The motor and the reducer are separated, for long life-span and convenient maintenance.

All of our double layers vacuum plodder are equipped with work platforms and handrails for visual inspection of soap production.
