Plodder are the most important machine in soap production line. Plodders are used to refine and/or extrude get soap bar. The aim of refining process is to produce a homogeneous and uniform soap. eliminating dry points which are difficult to soluble. Finally. the refined shavings are compacted and extruded free of air through the nose cone (conical head), getting the soap bar.
