This line uses soap noodle as material and the end products could be different quality of toilet and hotel soaps with fatty acid content 60%~80%. Capacity range is 200~2000kg/h.

The whole production process is continuous and fully automatic, including mixing, two times grinding, vacuum plodding and soap stamping & cutting. Based on quality requirements, some customer add extra refinery machine, which would help to improve the smooth grade of end soap surface and increase the market competitive ability.
